Baseball Relaunch

Dear Pirate and Pixie Pirate Members

 Baseball is Back.

We are pleased to announce we are fast approaching our planned relaunch date of June 15th.  Community Park Little League is implementing a three-phase approach for the relaunch of youth baseball.  Little League Alberta, in partnership with the Western Canadian Baseball League (WCBL), Prairie Baseball Academy, Okotoks Dawgs Academy, Vauxhall Academy of Baseball, Badlands Baseball Academy, and Alberta American Legion Baseball teams have collaborated to bring baseball back to Alberta.

The province is opening, and we are here to offer you the option for youth baseball.  If you intend to have your player participate in youth baseball this summer, please register ASAP as it will allow us to plan accordingly.  Due to the delayed start the season will run from June 15th through September.

There will be a general information meeting, via Zoom,  Note: postponed - please watch your emails  Invites will be sent out Tuesday.  Immediately after the general information meeting there will be a coaches meeting, also via Zoom.  All interested coaches should contact Tully ASAP, contact information below.

The relaunch strategy is outlined in the linked Little League Alberta Return to Play document.  If you have any further concerns or questions please do not hesitate to contact Community Park Little League President Tully Lutz at tully@piratesbaseball.ca or (780) 245-2537.

Sincerely,

The Community Park Little League Executive
